CableBoom with Vacuum Cup Mount
The CableBoom Is A Unique Device That Safely Supports Your Boat's Shore Power Cable. There Are Basically Two Versions. Both Will Effectively Support The Power Cable, However, The Difference Is The Manner In Which The CableBoom Attaches To Your Boat.
Vacuum Cup Version
The Vacuum Cup CableBoom attaches to any smooth area of your boat simply by placing it against your boat and pumping up the vacuum cup which actually removes air from it to create a safe, amazingly long and strong hold. Don't mistake our vacuum cups with those "toy like" ones on the market. Ours are heavy duty, but of course non-marking.
Once the vacuum cup is installed, remove the detent pin from the CableBoom's support bracket, place the shore power cable into it, re-insert the detent pin and extend the telescopic pole to the correct length and adjust the pole angle. The suction of the vacuum cup will last for about 7-10 days, depending on the weather, without having to pump it up. We recommend you monitor the red line on the pump to make sure it isn't visible. If visible, add a few pumps.
